Jeonnam 22 Cities and Counties Collaborate to Support Welfare Project Funds of 1.3 Billion Won
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea (President Nodongil) is collaborating with 22 cities and counties in Jeonnam to promote the 'Sharing Culture Expansion Support Project.'
On the 20th, the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea announced that it will provide 1.3 billion KRW in welfare project funds to social welfare facilities, institutions, organizations, and vulnerable groups in the Jeonnam region.
This project aims to support neighbors in need within the local community as well as social welfare facilities, institutions, and organizations, helping to resolve urgent issues in the welfare field that have been contracted due to COVID-19 and assisting marginalized groups facing difficulties.
Support will cover a wide range of welfare areas, including emergency relief such as living expenses for low-income families, side dish support projects, home repair assistance, operation of welfare facility programs, and facility renovation and maintenance.
