According to the online community DC Inside on the 17th, someone posted the phrase "Park Won-soon is dirty!" using blue tape on the external bulletin board near the back gate of the Korea University College of Political Science and Economics.
In addition, the bulletin board featured a CNN article criticizing President Moon Jae-in and a cartoon satirizing former Mayor Park, former Chungnam Governor Ahn Hee-jung, and former Busan Mayor Oh Keo-don as the "three kings of sexual crimes."

The post is known to have been put up by Korea University students the previous night.
However, as of now, it is unknown who posted the materials at Korea University on this day.
Earlier, on the 14th, similar phrases such as "sexual harasser," "Park Won-soon is dirty, makes me want to vomit," and "Park Won-soon sexual harasser" were posted with blue tape on signs in front of Seoul City Hall.
On that day, a netizen claimed on an online community, "I came to the main gate of Seoul City Hall at dawn with two rolls of blue tape to carry out graffiti terrorism," asserting that they personally posted the messages.
He added, "Followers who adhere to 'him' (former Mayor Park) will carry out removal operations, and my efforts will be buried in darkness, but I hope it helps in some way to appeal the truth of the victim secretary."
