Shinhan Bank Launches Non-Face-to-Face Asset Management Seminar 'Concierge Bankance'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyojin] Shinhan Bank announced that it conducted a non-face-to-face asset management seminar called 'Concierge Bankance' for its premium customers from the 8th to the 10th.
'Bankance' is a compound word of BANK and VACANCE (vacance means vacation). To provide comfortable and convenient financial information to customers planning asset management during the summer vacation season, Shinhan Bank held the seminar. The seminar was conducted in a non-face-to-face format through web seminars and individual video consultations.
In this seminar, lectures by Shinhan Financial Group experts in various fields were given on topics such as overseas stock outlook, real estate investment strategies, and tax-saving methods, along with video consultations that allowed immediate answers to customers' questions.
Shinhan Bank expanded the scope of asset management seminars, which were previously offered mainly to premium customers who transact at branches, to include non-face-to-face transaction customers by recruiting participants through Shinhan SOL and Shinhan PWM. The application for 50 participants per session, totaling 150, was filled within 5 minutes, so the number of participants was increased to about 150 per session, totaling about 450.
