According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 8th, following the 8 confirmed cases reported the previous day, one more case was confirmed on the morning of the same day related to a bar exam academy in Daeui-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju.
The individual is a man in his 40s residing in Nam-gu, Gwangju, who was classified as related to the bar exam academy after contact with patient number 117. He is reported to be asymptomatic.
Since the 27th of last month, a total of 97 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Gwangju.
By type, the cases are distributed as follows: 7 at Gwangneuksa Temple, 22 at Geumyang Officetel, 6 from a trip to Jeju, 2 at SKJ Hospital, 17 at Ilgok Central Church, 19 at Gwangju Sarang Church, 7 at Agape Silver Center, 7 at Hanul Nursing Hospital, 5 at the bar exam academy, 1 at SM Sauna, 3 imported cases, and 1 under investigation.
By age group, there are 2 under 10 years old, 1 in their teens, 3 in their 20s, 8 in their 30s, 10 in their 40s, 24 in their 50s, 29 in their 60s, 14 in their 70s, 2 in their 80s, and 4 in their 90s.
