Hanul Nuclear Power Plant was manually shut down at around 4:36 a.m. on the 4th due to exceeding the secondary side water quality standards of the steam generator. The plant had been operating normally since the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission allowed its restart after a safety inspection on February 4.
