According to the Associated Press on the 3rd (local time), a shooting took place at the Riverchase Galleria shopping mall located in Hoover, Alabama, where an 8-year-old boy was killed and three others were injured. The Hoover Police Department stated that the suspect has not yet been identified.
A shopping mall employee who was at the scene reported hearing 6 to 7 gunshots.
