DGB Daegu Bank, Mobile App 'IM Bank' Upgrade Event
Improved Remittance Request and Dutch Pay Function Menus... Customer Appreciation Event Throughout July
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongwook Park] DGB Daegu Bank (President Kim Tae-o) announced on the 30th that it will hold a prize event while improving the mobile app's 'IM Bank Transfer Request' and Dutch Pay menus.
The 'IM Bank Transfer Request Function' is newly added with this service upgrade, allowing users to send and receive money immediately by knowing only the recipient's contact information without memorizing or receiving a separate account number.
After clicking the 'Transfer Request' menu located on the main screen of the IM Bank app, users can select friends to request transfers from contacts saved on their phone and send different amounts to up to 10 people each.
After selecting the request details combined with various messages and characters, sharing via KakaoTalk or text message completes the process. The convenience lies in being able to send messages directly to contacts saved on the phone without separately receiving and noting the deposit bank and account number.
The Dutch Pay function has also been conveniently upgraded. In particular, the process has been simplified so that the digital online pooling method, popular among younger generations, can be easily used by middle-aged users as well. Users can request Dutch Pay for up to 500,000 KRW per person and up to 30 people, following the same procedure as the transfer request menu, easily through the IM Bank app.
To commemorate these feature upgrades, DGB Daegu Bank will hold the 'Receive the Money You Haven't Gotten' event throughout July, where customers who use the service will be entered into a prize draw. Customers who use the IM Bank 'Transfer Request·Dutch Pay' function even once during the period will be automatically entered. The top users will receive Sulbing Bingsu exchange coupons (3 people) and convenience store cup ramen exchange coupons (1,000 people, automatic draw).
