On the 26th, CEO Lee visited Cosmax Bio, a health functional food manufacturer located in Jecheon, Chungbuk, to listen to opinions on the transaction process with Lotte Homeshopping and discuss ways to strengthen cooperative relationships in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era. He toured the internal facilities and production lines and inspected hygiene conditions, considering the concentration of food safety accidents during the summer season. He also gifted apples from the fresh food private brand ‘Haruilgwa’ launched earlier this month.
This visit was the first partner company visit of the year as part of on-site management to directly hear the voices of partner companies. Since his appointment to Lotte Homeshopping in 2017, CEO Lee has regularly visited partner companies to check difficulties and seek improvements, maintaining communication. However, this was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He plans to continue on-site management going forward.
CEO Lee Wanshin said, “To overcome the COVID-19 crisis, we prioritize win-win cooperation with partner companies and have been providing practical support such as financial assistance, store entry consultations, and product sales,” adding, “We will further expand communication opportunities with partner companies and implement measures for sustainable growth based on mutual trust.”
