Newly appointed standing director Kim Gwi-su entered public service in 1997 through a local government examination and has served as Head of the Financial Information Analysis Department at the Financial Services Commission's FIU, Executive Director at Kyobo Life Insurance (private secondment), and Head of the Investigation and Public Relations Department at the Gambling Industry Integrated Supervision Commission.
