Kim Su-young, Mayor of Yangcheon District, said, "It was a meaningful time to prepare for and contemplate education that will change in the community amid unprecedented situations such as the postponement of school reopening and the implementation of online learning due to COVID-19," adding, "Although the beginning of change due to COVID-19 may not have been our choice, the outcome of the change will differ based on our preparation."
