The "Nursing College Practical Education Support Project" is a financial support initiative aimed at enhancing clinical practice and practical training for nursing students to improve the adaptability of new nurses in hospital settings and to elevate the quality of medical care. The project will run until December 31.
The Department of Nursing at Gyeongnam National University was selected as a high-scoring institution in the first round of document screening based on the possession and operation of simulation education courses, willingness to promote the project, and the validity and concreteness of the project operation plan. It was recognized for excellence in the second round of face-to-face evaluation and was finally selected as an education-type executing institution.
As a result, the Department of Nursing will receive support from the Ministry of Health and Welfare for ▲expansion of the simulation center ▲purchase of practical training equipment ▲projects to strengthen simulation education capabilities.
