Scrap Dealer Owner Arrested for Stealing Frozen Pipes and Buying Stolen Goods

Lee is accused of breaking into a construction equipment office in Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, around 11 p.m. on the 26th of last month, stealing a vehicle, and stealing copper pipes from a redevelopment office about 400 meters away.
She is also charged with purchasing 400 kg of materials including copper pipes, knowing they were stolen goods, for 1.25 million won in two separate transactions.
The police confirmed these facts while investigating additional crimes of a habitual special theft suspect (copper pipes, etc.) on the 16th, and arrested Lee, who operates a scrap yard.
