Bohae Brewery's 70th Anniversary Commemorative 'Ipseletter' Gains Popularity
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Bohae Brewery (CEO Lim Ji-seon) is gaining popularity with its ‘Ipsae Letter’ event held to commemorate its 70th anniversary.
According to Bohae Brewery on the 15th, the ‘Ipsae Letter’ is an event where Ipsaeju consumers write stories related to Ipsaeju and Bohae Brewery on postcards and submit them, and gifts are provided through a drawing.
Bohae planned the Ipsae Letter event to discover and share stories that could encourage each other while communicating with the residents of the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions during the difficult times caused by COVID-19.
Starting with about 500 submissions in April, the number of participants has increased, with about 1,000 submissions in May, showing growing interest in the Ipsae Letter.
Various stories have been received, ranging from memories related to parents to the passionate interest of fans of singer Song Ga-in, the model for Ipsaeju.
Bohae Brewery gifts robot vacuum cleaners, mini air purifiers, and local specialties through a drawing for the stories submitted to the Ipsae Letter.
Additionally, quarterly, the winners selected as the best stories will have a fan meeting event with singer Song Ga-in.
The Ipsae Letter event will continue until December.
To participate, write a handwritten letter on various topics such as Ipsaeju, Bohae Brewery, Song Ga-in, and local pride on the Ipsae Letter installed in about 500 establishments in Gwangju and Jeonnam, and drop it into the establishment’s mailbox or a regular mailbox.
