A is a resident of an apartment in Ui-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. He is accused of repeatedly assaulting and threatening the late security guard Heeseok Choi over a parking issue around the end of April this year. Choi left a will stating that he had been assaulted and threatened by A, and took his own life on the 10th of last month. A was arrested on the 22nd of last month.
