Man in his 30s Arrested for Detaining Woman and Forcing Drug Injection in Hotel

According to the police, Kim is accused of administering narcotics to a 20-year-old American woman, A, at a hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, around 1:40 a.m. on the 30th of last month, and assaulting her while holding her captive for about an hour and 30 minutes.
