Jungnang-gu Volunteers Donate Cotton Masks Made with Disaster Relief Funds
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) announced on the 1st that it received cotton masks made with the government emergency disaster relief fund from volunteers Kim Do-sun and Jeong In-hee at the mayor's office.
The two volunteers purchased fabric and filters with the government emergency disaster relief fund and directly made 300 adult cotton masks and 300 children's masks to donate. The masks received will be distributed to elderly living alone and others through the Myeonmok 2-dong and Sinnae 1-dong community centers where the two volunteers reside.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "I am grateful that the government emergency disaster relief fund was used meaningfully and that they have continuously volunteered for the local community."
