Deputy Prime Minister Yoo appeared on MBC Radio's Kim Jong-bae's Focus on the 28th and said, "I have previously mentioned that we are in consultation with the Korea Council for University Education," adding, "We understand that universities are also facing difficulties in conducting extracurricular activities, and considering such circumstances, they intend to evaluate students accordingly." She continued, "How to specifically reflect this in the system must be carefully prepared, and since universities have the primary decision-making authority, we are continuing consultations with them."

In Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, where a mass infection occurred at a Coupang logistics warehouse, all grades except for third-year high school students have had their school attendance postponed. Regarding this, Deputy Prime Minister Yoo said, "We are taking this very seriously. In the case of the Bucheon logistics center, over 4,000 people including employees and their family contacts have been tested, and many asymptomatic cases have been identified," adding, "We needed time to adjust according to the epidemiological investigation results, so we took unavoidable measures."
