[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] The National Theater Performing Arts Museum has extended the exhibition period of the 10th anniversary exhibition "Creation of New Spaces on Stage - Stage Design" until August 14.
This exhibition, co-hosted by the National Theater Performing Arts Museum and the Paejae Hakdang History Museum, is being held at the special exhibition hall of the Paejae Hakdang History Museum located in Jeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.
The "Stage Design" exhibition opened on October 17 last year to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Performing Arts Museum and was originally scheduled to run until the 29th of last month. Currently, viewing is allowed on a limited basis through a reservation system to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The "Stage Design" exhibition features a total of 263 selected stage designs from major works performed on the National Theater stage by the National Changgeuk Company, National Dance Company, and transferred groups such as the National Theater Company, National Ballet Company, and National Opera Company, all affiliated with the National Theater since its establishment in 1950.
