'Kkirikkiri' Ends After 5 Months... Lee Soo-hyuk "Thanks to Members and Staff Who Supported My First Variety Show"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Hyesoo] On the afternoon of the 17th, MBC's 'Kkirikkiri' aired scenes of the members wiping away tears as they shared their final broadcast impressions.
On this day, the members checked their personalities based on MBTI types during the last broadcast. Hwang Kwanghee confidently said that the ESFJ type, "a person who serves others based on kindness and realism," was "me." In response, Jang Sungkyu agreed, saying, "That's right. Kwanghee always considers the person next to him during recordings."
Eun Ji-won said he identified with the INTJ type, "a person who presents a vision by combining everything overall," but then little Sungkyu teased, "Does Ji-won hyung really present a vision?" which brought laughter. Also, Jang Sungkyu pointed to In Gyojin as an ISFP, "a humble person with warm sensibility."
After comparing each other's personalities and receiving analysis from a psychiatry specialist, 'Kkirikkiri' members Park Myungsoo, Lee Yongjin, Jang Sungkyu, Hwang Kwanghee, Eun Ji-won, In Gyojin, Lee Soohyeok, Sungkyu, Ha Seungjin, and Jung Hyuk shared their bittersweet final thoughts.
First, Park Myungsoo said, "Unfortunately, this is the last broadcast. I regret not working harder, but next time, we will gather again and bring you big laughs."
Ha Seungjin recalled, "I remember the first episode. We cooked dishes with ingredients that seemed impossible to make a meal from. Yet, everyone ended up eating deliciously. At that time, I thought that even ridiculous dishes can taste good when eaten together. But now, just as I was about to start cooking more, it’s ending, which is very disappointing." He added with teary eyes, "I wanted to eat more and cook more for you... I was just starting to get attached..."
Moved by Ha Seungjin’s heartfelt words, In Gyojin’s eyes also became moist, and the members all applauded, comforting and encouraging each other.
In Gyojin said, "This was my first variety show experience. Just as I was starting to get comfortable, it’s ending, so I feel very sad. Next time, I will come back refreshed with a different look, full of fighting spirit."
Lee Soohyeok, who was trying variety for the first time, calmly shared, "I had only watched variety shows before, so this was my first time actually doing one. Even though I was probably lacking, the members and production team took good care of me, and I’m very thankful. I was personally happy to show various sides of myself, and I will continue to support all the members and the production team. I hope everything goes well for everyone."

Meanwhile, MBC’s variety program 'Kkirikkiri' started its first broadcast last January, promoting itself as the nation’s first variety show respecting participants’ personality types by grouping them accordingly. However, it failed to surpass an average viewership rating of 1% and was ultimately canceled after five months.
