This council was held to discuss and provide guidance on school counseling support measures and systematic and professional psychological support following the resumption of in-person classes on the 14th.
The ‘Education Support Office Wee Center’ is a counseling institution established at the education support office level to provide diagnostic-counseling-healing customized services for crisis students and school maladjusted students who are difficult to lead and heal at individual schools.
Due to the delay in in-person classes, the Wee Center has been helping students maintain psychological stability in their home life through home correspondence, online counseling, home visit counseling, and delivering supplies to students with psychological difficulties, enabling students to smoothly carry out their studies during online classes.
Also, by designating a person in charge within the Wee Center, they protect students who are victims of school violence and crisis students, continuously providing psychological and emotional support to relieve psychological anxiety.
A teacher who participated in the training said, “It was a meaningful opportunity to share various school counseling support measures by city and county,” and added, “We will thoroughly prepare in advance so that all students can go to school with peace of mind.”
