On the 12th (local time), the British BBC obtained an official document related to the resumption of training, which was distributed to EPL managers and players, and reported its contents.
According to the BBC, from the 18th, team training sessions will be gradually allowed under strict social distancing and quarantine measures.
Training time is limited to 75 minutes, and tackling during training is prohibited.
Additionally, the number of players gathering in a group is limited to a maximum of five, and they are not allowed to gather in common areas other than the medical room or gym.
After each training session, corner flags, balls, cones, goalposts, and the ground must be disinfected.
Also, players must complete a temperature check and health questionnaire before training every day and undergo testing twice a week.
