‘Air Quality Field Proficiency Test Evaluation’ from 13th to 15th at Jeonju Huvis
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Tae-in] The Jeonbuk Provincial Institute of Health and Environment Research (Director Yoo Taek-su) announced on the 12th that it has hosted the proficiency test evaluation in the air quality field conducted by the National Institute of Environmental Research from the 13th to the 15th at Jeonju-based Huvis Co., Ltd.
The proficiency test in the air quality field is organized by the National Institute of Environmental Research and is conducted annually for 188 environmental pollutant analysis institutions nationwide, including city and provincial health and environment research institutes, the Korea Environment Corporation, and measurement agencies, to improve measurement and analysis capabilities and ensure the accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
Also, the annual proficiency test evaluation in the air quality field assesses seven items including sample collection proficiency, and the Jeonbuk Provincial Institute of Health and Environment Research has received the highest scores in all categories, being selected as a ‘qualified institution’ every year.
