Naju-si Promotes 'Local Community Revitalization Resident Participation Contest Project'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 6th that it will actively promote the 'Community Revitalization Resident Participation Contest Project,' which was temporarily postponed due to COVID-19.
The Public Interest Activity Support Center plans to hold a preliminary briefing session from the 12th to the 14th for applicants (organizations) who meet the eligibility requirements for this contest project.
The Community Revitalization Resident Participation Contest Project was established to expand resident participation groups and private hub shared spaces throughout the region, and to discover and revitalize public interest activities and local communities in various fields.
The contest categories (targets) are ▲ MoRakMoRak (communities of five or more people wishing to conduct community activities) and ▲ DeulRakNalRak (individuals, organizations, or corporations owning or leasing resident shared spaces).
The preliminary briefing sessions will be held at the Public Interest Activity Support Center's main conference room on the 12th and 14th with three sessions each day (11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 7 p.m.), and on the 13th with two sessions (11 a.m. and 2 p.m.). To prevent COVID-19, participation is limited to pre-registered applicants (organizations).
To apply, individuals, organizations, or corporations should submit their name and number of attendees via phone or text message to the Public Interest Activity Support Center by the 8th.
After the briefing sessions, consulting for participants, final application submissions, and evaluations will be conducted, with the final project recipients to be selected next month.
