In particular, about 400,000 passengers, accounting for approximately 40% of the total, gathered at Jeju Airport.
According to the Korea Airports Corporation on the 6th, the total number of passengers using airports nationwide from April 29 to May 5, based on combined departures and arrivals, was counted at 925,564. The total number of flights during the same period also reached 7,166.
By date, April 30, Buddha's Birthday, saw the highest number of passengers with 1,064 flights and 150,744 passengers. Other busy days were May 3 (146,116 passengers) and April 29 (144,500 passengers), respectively.

By airport, Jeju Airport had the highest number of passengers at 401,640. It was followed by Gimpo Airport (298,121 passengers) and Gimhae Airport (93,099 passengers).
