Renault Samsung Launches 'XM3 Drive-Thru Event' Test Drive Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 3rd that it will hold a nationwide test drive event for the compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) XM3, called the "XM3 Drive-Thru Event," until the 24th.
This event is designed as an optimized test drive program for COVID-19, minimizing unnecessary contact by visiting customers directly. Participants can apply through the Renault Samsung website, and depending on customer convenience, they can choose between a home visit test drive or a showroom test drive. If the home visit test drive is selected, a sales representative will visit the customer with a test vehicle that has been regularly disinfected, allowing for a safe test drive experience.
Additionally, all customers who participate in the test drive will receive a Renault Samsung multi ice bag. During the event period, among customers who sign a contract for the XM3, one person will be selected daily by lottery to receive a prize worth approximately 1 million KRW (either a clothing care device or an air purifier), totaling 24 winners.
Renault Samsung is making every effort to prevent COVID-19 to protect the health of customers and employees while providing a safe test drive environment. Regular disinfection of all showrooms and test vehicles is conducted three times daily as a basic measure, and vehicles are ventilated before and after test drives, with disinfection of the steering wheel, seats, dashboard, and other areas. Hand sanitizer is also provided inside the test vehicles.
