Busan Cinema Center Converts 53 Non-Regular Workers to Regular Employees

Among the conversion candidates, those who have exceeded the retirement age will have their employment period extended as fixed-term workers. In cases where job loss is unavoidable according to the conversion criteria, considering the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting deterioration of the job market, employment will be guaranteed for six months and additional points will be given during new recruitment.
