Fahrettin Koca, Turkey's Minister of Health, announced on the 11th (local time) that "a man who traveled to Europe tested positive for COVID-19."
Minister Koca stated, "The man's health is in good condition, but the patient himself, his family, and contacts have been quarantined."
To protect personal information, the specific European country the confirmed patient traveled to and the location of quarantine were not disclosed.
