The new Shefli menu created by Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, president of the Korea Chinese Cuisine Federation and a renowned culinary researcher, is a dish stir-fried with pork tenderloin, sea cucumber, shrimp, and bamboo shoots, cut into bite-sized pieces. It is suitable not only as a meal but also as a light snack to accompany drinks.
