Changwon Public Sector Half-Price Project' to support small business owners struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The main content is a 50% reduction in rental fees for city-owned public facilities, water and sewage charges, resident tax (equalized portion), and public wastewater treatment facility user charges, with a total reduction amount of 8 billion KRW.
This is a proactive measure taken to share the pain experienced by small business owners and small and medium-sized enterprises in the region due to the sharp contraction of citizens' consumption activities caused by the spread of COVID-19.
