NC, "Vacation until the 6th"... Netmarble and Nexon Extend Remote Work
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft is extending paid special leave until the 6th to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
On the 2nd, NCSoft stated, "We have decided to extend company-wide paid special leave for the health and safety of our employees," adding, "This week is a very critical period for preventing the spread of COVID-19 community infections, so we want to actively participate in social distancing."
Previously, NCSoft had implemented paid special leave for all employees from the 27th of last month until the 2nd.
After the paid leave, a two-week rotational work-from-home system will be implemented. From the 9th to the 20th, 50% of each department's staff will come to the office while the remaining 50% will work from home.
Nexon and Netmarble also announced that they will extend the work-from-home period, which started on the 27th of last month, until the 6th.

Netmarble stated, "For the health and safety of our employees, except for a small number of essential personnel, we have decided to extend work-from-home for the entire Netmarble company until the 6th," adding, "Future responses will be decided through the COVID-19 task force (TF)."
