LG Uplus Provides 2.5 Billion KRW Support to Dealerships Struggling with COVID-19 Challenges
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] LG Uplus announced on the 1st that it has provided 2.5 billion KRW in store operating funds to support 2,000 agencies nationwide, including Daegu and Gyeongbuk, which are struggling with business due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The funds provided by LG Uplus will be used to reduce costs such as labor costs and monthly rent incurred during store operations.
An LG Uplus official said, "We decided to support store operating funds in February to help agencies in difficulty," adding, "We will continue to consider the best support measures that a telecommunications company can provide to overcome COVID-19 with one heart."
