[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Gil-su] Jangseong County in Jeollanam-do announced on the 28th that it had obtained a list of 111 Shincheonji members in the Jangseong area from the government and conducted a full survey on the 27th to check for the presence of COVID-19 symptoms.
Jangseong County contacted a total of 110 people, and among them, 108 showed no symptoms of infection.
The county conducted an epidemiological investigation on 2 members who showed cold symptoms and requested COVID-19 testing; both tested negative.
A county official stated, “For the one person who could not be reached, we are currently working with the police to locate them,” and added, “We will promptly investigate the presence of infectious disease symptoms as soon as they are found.”
