View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] On the 27th, Jeonnam Sinan-gun (Governor Park Woo-ryang) announced that on the 24th, it signed a "Business Agreement for Land Purchase in Yeongsangang IV District" with the Korea Rural Community Corporation Yeongsangang Project Group (Director Choi Onam) at the county office video conference room.
The main agreement includes linking the Four Seasons Flowering Island Creation Project and the Yeongsangang IV District Large-scale Agricultural Development Project to utilize the water supply pipeline sites in Jido-eup and Aphae-eup, Sinan-gun, to create a pleasant green environment, provide resting spaces for residents, and take the lead in creating street forests to respond to rapid climate change.
Accordingly, the county plans to create forest paths (total length L=20.7 km, area 621,720㎡) to reduce greenhouse gases and block fine dust, serving roles such as blocking direct sunlight in midsummer and reducing fine dust concentration, fostering emotional stability through psychological comfort for residents, and developing it as a cultural space for communication among residents.
It is also expected to contribute to environmental improvement for future generations by maximizing efficiency in maintenance work and budget effects relative to investment.
Furthermore, the two organizations plan to jointly establish a mutual cooperation system by jointly responding to securing budgets through support proposals to central government ministries based on the results of this business agreement.

Park Woo-ryang, Governor of Sinan-gun, said, "This agreement will lead Sinan-gun in green infrastructure in line with the Paris Climate Change Agreement, including green growth for future generations, urban forests to improve residents' quality of life, creation of street tree living zones, and establishment of fine dust-free urban spaces."
