On the 25th, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs raised the travel alert level for South Korea from Level 1 (Green, Normal) to Level 3 (Yellow, Travel Caution). The recommendation is to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary.
France's country-specific travel advisory levels range from Level 1 to Level 2 (Red, Caution Advised), Level 3, and Level 4 (Strong Travel Caution Recommended).
