In a post on his Facebook that day, former professor Jin said, "Fighting a 'dogfight' for Cho Kuk is not a badge of honor," and added, "Confessing love to Cho Kuk is not a good thing."
He criticized, "He only has a personal connection as the legal representative of the president's son, so does that qualify him for nomination?" and "I don't know what background he has behind him, but because of that, the party will have a headache."
He continued, "No matter which district he goes to, there will be noise, and if he runs, it will immediately bring in the Cho Kuk frame," and pointed out, "How many young people work hard for the party but are unfairly cut off from nomination or don't even get a chance?"
He added, "If you want to do politics, don't think about parachuting in; you have to crawl from the bottom like young people and steadily climb up."
