He also promised to guarantee startup participation in public sector procurement, expand mandatory purchase ratios to create a favorable corporate ecosystem for startups and ventures, promote the new cultural industry brand of Gwangju and Gwangsan, “光光光 (Gwangju Gwangsan Gwangnage),” improve the environment of Songjeong 5-day Market to nurture it as a sustainable cultural space where culture and tradition merge, and ensure the firm implementation of the “Comprehensive Development Execution Plan for Gwang Convergence Technology” finalized at the end of last year.
