Based on the new CI, the Video Rating Board will undertake a major overhaul of its website and other large-scale innovations. Chairperson Lee Mi-yeon stated, "With the proclamation of the new vision and CI, we will embark on a path of new innovation and change." She also expressed regret regarding the previous blacklist incident, saying, "We reflect on the past board that undermined its own independence and autonomy, and we sincerely apologize for failing to properly apologize to all those who were harmed as a result."
