Candidate Kim Seong-jin: "Future Korea Party, a Party with No Promises and No Future"
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Kim Seong-jin, the preliminary candidate for the National Assembly from Gwangsan District, Gwangju Metropolitan City of the Democratic Party of Korea, criticized the founding convention of the Future Korea Party on the 5th, saying, "The main opposition party, the Liberty Korea Party, has made a mockery of political parties," and added, "The Future Korea Party, which disregards democratic and constitutional values to secure seats, can only be a party that violates the constitutional order, not even recognized or protected by the constitution."
In a statement on the 6th, preliminary candidate Kim Seong-jin said, "If they know that the path ahead leads to registration refusal and dissolution, I hope they quietly close their doors now," and added, "It is truly shameful and deplorable that they created a party without any pledges just to survive."

He continued, "Politics must be based on values, justice, and common sense. It must receive the support and backing of the people," and argued, "Politics must reflect the tears, laughter, and lives of the people, so politics should no longer be ridiculed."
