Lotte Insurance Expands Call Center Operating Hours... Weekdays from 9 AM to 9 PM
Operating Hours Extended to 9 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Lotte Insurance announced on the 5th that it will expand the operating hours of its call center (customer center) starting in February.
The existing call center operated only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, but the hours will be extended to 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Through this, customers will be able to handle tasks such as inquiries about long-term and automobile insurance, loan consultations, and certificate issuance at more convenient times. As before, automobile accident reporting and roadside assistance services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

A Lotte Insurance official said, "By expanding the call center service hours, we are striving to provide differentiated insurance services to office workers, self-employed individuals, and others who find it difficult to conduct financial activities during weekday daytime hours, realizing the 'Anytime, Any Device' service."
