[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Haeyoung] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO) will hold the 'KAMCO Hope Replay, College Student Employment Job 4th Camp' from the 20th to the 22nd at the KAMCO Talent Development Center located in Asan-si, Chungnam, with 150 students from 49 universities nationwide participating.
This camp is a social contribution activity supporting youth that KAMCO has been implementing since 2017 to strengthen the employment capabilities of college students preparing for jobs in the financial sector. Starting with a 3-day, 2-night employment camp, various programs such as personalized offline employment consulting and competitions will be conducted.
At this camp, KAMCO President Moon Seong-yu will begin with an 'Honest and Sincere Employment Empathy Talk' sharing advice on employment concerns and career paths with participating college students. Various customized employment capability training programs that are practically helpful for employment, including lectures on recruitment trends, company analysis, self-introduction writing methods, and mock interviews by employment type, will be provided.
In particular, a project presentation competition will be held to assess professional project execution ability and teamwork in the financial field. Outstanding students will be selected and awarded, and opportunities for communication among participants will also be arranged.
President Moon said, "I hope that college students can take a step closer to their individual goals through the personalized employment consulting that will follow, starting with this employment camp," and added, "KAMCO will continue to promote various youth employment support programs to help college students realize their dreams and assist young people in taking their first step as members of society."
