The Raspberry Danish Latte is a drink topped with raspberry syrup, milk, a double shot of espresso, vanilla cream cheese foam, and raspberries. The price is about $8 (12,000 won).
This beverage was originally released as a limited spring menu item, but after gaining popularity, the cafe decided to release the recipe for free. Cody Larson, who runs Little Joy Coffee, explained, “Since most people discovered the drink on SNS and would have difficulty visiting in person, we decided to share the recipe.”
He also added that, with the exception of large franchise coffee brands such as Starbucks, other small cafes were permitted to use this menu item.

Based on the released recipe, Larson produced a “DIY or Buy” content piece, which has gone viral online with about 2 million views. In the video, he demonstrates how to make the drink, comparing the price of buying it at the cafe with the cost of making it yourself. The cafe stated that making the drink at home would cost about $2.46, but this amount does not include labor or equipment costs.
Serena Walker, the cafe manager, said, “There is a perception that coffee is expensive, but when you consider the cost of ingredients, labor, and operation, the actual profit is not that large. Through this content, we wanted to show the reality of this structure.”
