LG Electronics Presents 'Free Laundry Facilities' to Nigeria
LG Electronics is conducting a community-based social contribution initiative by providing free laundry facilities in Nigeria.
Recently, LG Electronics supported mobile free laundries equipped with water facilities that drill and filter groundwater using solar energy to provide clean water, as well as washing machines, dryers, and laundry supplies in the Aba region of Abia State and the Owerri region of Imo State, Nigeria.
This campaign was launched to provide clean water and free laundry services to Nigerian residents who face difficulties accessing drinking water and doing laundry, with the aim of promoting hope and optimism in their lives.
Since 2017, LG Electronics has been running free laundry facilities as part of its community-based social contribution activities for residents in underprivileged areas of Nigeria.
A resident of the Aba region expressed gratitude, saying, "Women and children used to have to walk long distances to get clean water, but this campaign, which provides clean water and improved hygiene, will greatly help residents' convenience and health."
