Mercedes-Benz Korea is launching a new membership program that expands new car customers' brand experience across lifestyle categories such as travel and gourmet dining.
On May 15, Mercedes-Benz Korea announced the official launch of its new membership program, the "Mercedes-Benz Circle."
The Mercedes-Benz Circle is designed to broaden the customer experience after purchasing a vehicle, extending it into areas such as travel, gourmet dining, and lifestyle. The program is characterized by its carefully curated benefits tailored to customers' individual preferences in each category.
Lee Sang-kook, Vice President and Head of Digital, Marketing, and Communications at Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, "Mercedes-Benz Circle is a membership program introduced to provide new car buyers with a differentiated brand experience," adding, "We will continue to roll out a wider variety of unique programs and benefits for our customers in the future."
This program introduces a five-tier membership system based on a mileage accumulation framework linked to the purchase amount. Depending on the accumulated mileage, customers are classified into five tiers: Friends, Opalite White, Hi-Tech Silver, Kalahari Gold, and Night Black. From the Opalite White tier—awarded to vehicle purchasers—customers can access differentiated program benefits.
The benefits are offered in three categories: common benefits, tier-based regular benefits, and premium benefits. The program includes a variety of partnership benefits such as accommodation at major hotels in Korea, luxury brand discounts, and private wellness programs. For higher tier members, such as those in the Night Black tier, the program offers a broader brand experience through themed packages.
