GH Promotes Field-Centered Autonomous Safety Culture... Holds 'Safety Mind Day' on the 18th
On the 18th, Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) held the 'Safety Mind Day' event to lead safety innovation at construction sites and to spread a field-centered autonomous safety culture.
The event, held at the Incheon Safety Experience Education Center, was attended by employees and on-site stakeholders. It was divided into a morning safety and health seminar and an afternoon safety experience training session.
During the safety and health seminar, participants agreed to shift the role of workers from “objects of protection” to “agents of prevention,” and to establish a self-discipline prevention system to strengthen autonomous inspections. They also reaffirmed their commitment to concentrate all efforts on preventing industrial accidents as pioneers in construction site safety management.

In particular, moving away from traditional lecture-based delivery, the 4D virtual safety and virtual reality (VR) experiences that recreated actual work environments received a positive response from the participants.
