Kumon Learning to Hold Children's Drawing Contest in Collaboration with 'Toy Story 5'
Entries Accepted Until July 5
Kumon Learning announced on the 12th that it will be holding the Kumon Learning Children's Drawing Contest in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Korea.
This contest was planned to provide children with an opportunity to freely express their own unique imagination, through cooperation with The Walt Disney Company Korea.
The contest is divided into two categories: Kumon Learning and Toy Story 5. For the "Kumon Learning" category, participants are asked to draw and submit a picture depicting themselves or their dreams in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). In the "Toy Story 5" category, participants can freely illustrate a moment shared with a cherished toy.
To participate, children can select their preferred category, create a drawing, take a photograph of it, and upload the image to their personal Instagram account using the required hashtags. Then, they must register the post link on the contest’s dedicated page to complete their entry. The submission deadline is July 5.
Kumon Learning will comprehensively evaluate the submissions based on clarity of message, creativity, and expressiveness, and will award prizes worth a total of 13 million won to 228 winners across the categories: one Grand Prize winner, three Gold Prize winners, ten Silver Prize winners, and 100 Encouragement Prize winners in each category. The results will be announced on July 27.
