Inspire Launches First Internship Recruitment Since Opening... About 100 Positions Available
Three Fields: Gaming, Hotel, and Management Support
Applications Accepted on Inspire Recruitment Site Until May 27
Extra Points Awarded for Full-Time Employment Applicants After Completion
Inspire Entertainment Resort announced on May 12 that it is recruiting approximately 100 internship participants until May 27.
The internship, held under the theme '2026 BE INSPIRE,' will be offered in three fields: gaming, hotel, and management support. The gaming field is recruiting for casino dealers (including practical training in dealing), who are responsible for running and operating casino games; loyalty operations, in charge of membership management and operation; and campaign & event positions, which handle campaign planning and execution.
The hotel field is divided into hotel service, which involves front desk customer service and concierge & leisure services; culinary, responsible for kitchen operations and menu development; and F&B (food and beverage), which covers table service and store operations. The management support field provides experience in comprehensive operational support, including HR, marketing, and data management.
Applications are accepted through the Inspire recruitment website. Any current university student (including those on a leave of absence) or expected graduate who is eligible for overseas travel may apply. Final candidates will be selected through a document screening process and a combined department and HR interview. Upon joining in July, interns will undergo practical training and gain hands-on work experience for approximately two months.
All internship graduates will receive an F&B voucher for use within Inspire, and outstanding graduates will be awarded accommodation vouchers. Shuttle bus service will be provided for commuting during the internship, and two-person dormitory rooms will be available for those working 40 hours or more per week.
In addition, extra points will be given when applying for a regular full-time position after completing the internship, and a recruitment bonus will be provided upon initial acceptance as a full-time employee. Upon conversion to full-time employment, benefits such as a single-occupancy dorm room option, commuter bus service, and transportation support for those living in the metropolitan area will be provided. Additional welfare benefits will include four days of special leave, insurance for employees and their families, welfare points, and discounts at the resort and F&B outlets.
