Everland, operated by the Resort Division of Samsung C&T Corporation, is enhancing customers' culinary experiences this spring by highlighting its '3 Signature Menus'.
Everland has selected its 3 signature dishes for this year—Kimchi Stew, Jjamppong, and Roskatsu—each a popular representative menu item at its restaurants. By doing so, Everland is offering even more differentiated and upgraded flavors.

Ahead of the spring season, Hangaram underwent a three-month renovation, updating not only its interior and exterior but also its tableware and utensils, resulting in a completely new dining experience. In addition to its signature Kimchi Stew and Grilled Mackerel, the restaurant now offers a wider selection of new dishes, including Aged Kimchi and Octopus Bibimbap, Bulgogi and Sprout Bibimbap, and Handmade Grilled Tteokgalbi.
Jjamppong, the signature menu at the Chinese restaurant Chinamoone, is also recognized as one of Everland's most popular dishes.
At Town's Market Restaurant, located at the entrance of Aesop Village, Handmade Roskatsu is served as the representative menu item.
Everland's chefs meticulously handle every step of the preparation, from using fresh bread crumbs for the batter to precisely controlling frying temperatures, resting times, and side sauces. These efforts maximize the authentic flavor of Roskatsu, achieving a crispy exterior and a tender interior.
On social media and online communities, positive feedback continues from customers who have tried the 3 signature menus, with comments such as “It feels like a truly authentic bowl of Kimchi Stew, not just theme park food,” “Eating spicy Jjamppong while looking at the vibrant gardens feels like paradise on earth,” and “The Roskatsu is incredibly crispy and the meat is thick, just like at a specialty Japanese restaurant.”
