Key provisions include revising the flexible work system to allow employees to use annual leave in 15-minute increments and introducing a flexible commuting system, thereby enhancing convenience for employees. At the collective agreement signing ceremony held on May 7 in the main conference hall on the first floor of the Sejong headquarters, representatives of labor and management emphasized that this agreement would become a new turning point for the organization’s development. Kim Youngshin, President of the Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency, said, “This collective agreement is the result of six years of labor-management harmony since 2020, made possible by mutual respect and trust.
