Cheongyeon Launches "Home Repair Service" ... Taking Charge of Everyday Life from Cleaning to Repairs

Cheongyeon announced on the 23rd that it has launched the "Cheongyeon Home Repair" service, which provides repairs and replacements for various issues, big and small, in homes and office spaces.
Since 2017, Cheongyeon has been offering cleaning services and has identified the inconvenience faced by customers who do not know where to turn for repairs inside their homes. To improve everyday convenience for its customers, the company introduced this new home repair service.
The Cheongyeon Home Repair service addresses inconveniences inside the home such as malfunctions, damage, aging facilities, and various installations and replacements. The service covers a wide range of areas, including bathrooms and restrooms, kitchens, balconies, electrical components such as LED lighting and outlets, doors and windows, leak-prone plumbing, as well as tiles and silicone—essentially all aspects of living spaces.
The service starts at a minimum of 35,640 won, including the basic visit fee, based on standard construction rates for each type of repair. If additional costs arise due to the complexity of the work or on-site conditions, the final price will be determined after consultation with the customer. Currently, the service is available in Seoul and select areas of Incheon and Gyeonggi Province, with plans to gradually expand the range of services and coverage areas.
Customers can use the service by selecting the desired repair items and preferred date and time through the "Home Repair" section in the Cheongyeon app. A CheongyeonPro, who specializes in the selected type of work, will then be assigned and the service will proceed after consultation. CheongyeonPro are certified professionals registered after a rigorous review process, and they provide a one-year free after-service (A/S) warranty.
Cheongyeon CEO Yeon Hyunju said, "We have consistently identified our customers' everyday needs through Cheongso Research Institute, Cheongyeon Care, and Cheongyeon Hansang. We plan to expand our service scope to become a comprehensive life care platform, covering all aspects of daily life, from cleaning to home repair."

Meanwhile, in April, Cheongyeon officially changed its name from Saenghwal Research Institute to Cheongyeon, formalizing its transition into an integrated life care company. The company currently operates the home cleaning service "Cheongso Research Institute," the senior daily care service "Cheongyeon Care," the side dish subscription service "Cheongyeon Hansang," and the household goods commerce "Plus Shop," expanding its business scope across the entire life care sector.
