Iran's IRNA: "No Decision Yet on Second Round Participation...Blames U.S."
Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Iran has not yet confirmed whether it will participate in the second round of ceasefire negotiations with the United States.
According to Iran's state-run IRNA news agency on April 21 (local time), spokesperson Baghaei said at a briefing that "No final decision has been made yet regarding participation in the ceasefire negotiations."
